I don’t do photo booths professionally so I really only use this app for smaller family gatherings or parties that I host. It would be nice if the photo strips could have a little more customization, but it is fine for my needs. I’ve used it for several events without issues. I don’t print the images or have the individual images sent by email or anything. I usually just upload all the images to my google photos and then make an album I can share with all the friends and family I had at my event. However, last time I set up the app to use at an event, I had a major issue. All of the pictures were being inserted into the photo strip upside down. I tried putting my iPad in different camera orientations, restarted the app, restarted the device, tried to hunt around in settings for the ipad and for the app, but couldn’t find a way to fix the issue. I ended up just having to remove captions and to choose a layout with equal borders on all sides, so that the entire photo strip would look fine once manually rotated in my photo gallery. It was a solution that worked, but since the event was a family reunion, it wasn’t really happy that I had to remove captions from the photo strip so things looked like the proper orientation. I have used this app for several events and have never had an issue with photos being inserted incorrectly, however this was my first time using my new, so maybe the camera position is causing issues? I don’t know. I hope I can continue to use this app.

Why are people complaing about spending a little money? There is no Easier and more friendly app out there! I have used this app for so many parties, weddings, events and realestate open houses. Using this app with an iPad pro with the good front facing camera makes a world of difference! People love the 4x6 print they get, easily frameable! My only ask would be to insert a picture or logo on the bottom in the app, but even that can easly be taken care of after. Thank you, please keep updating!

I would like the ability of uploading your own image to use as background for photos. And the ability to have print button link to a Bluetooth printer like sprocket. Not just air printer.

This app is awesome but can use some update like be able to choose where you can put photo captions. I would like more booth skin and layout that would be great. Other then that it’s a great app

This is a awesome app! I set my IPad up as a Selfie Photo Booth for my customers event and her guest loved it! It allowed the guest to take some great pictures and have a great time! I share the pictures on social media and everyone was amazed on how good the pictures came out! This app gives you so many options for parties and events! This app just enhance my ability to be a great DJ Entertainer!

I have this app an it’s great for small gatherings but wish I can use my dslr or even my simple point an shoot camera instead of the iPad’s built in camera. If that option is available please let me know! If not, something to consider to make it perfect.

It is an ok app. I’m just not impressed on how it’s not very customizable. I would like it if I could add more than just a background color and one line of words to the final photo. I’ve used other apps where they are completely customizable when I can add a school logo to the photo strip or random images to make it fit for the occasion. Don’t think it’s worth the money I paid to get something so basic. I would like my money back.

So far very easy to use! Will the app still work with iso12.0, I’m afraid to update before Saturday when I set up my photo booth for Halloween at the campground.

Been using this app for almost 2 years. It’s very simple and straightforward. I would like to see more layouts. A big square with 3 little ones would be super cool. Also having the option for multiple lines of text.

We’ve used this App for a couple of Birthday Party’s and it was a lot of fun. Everyone loved taking a group of pictures and getting to pose differently. Would love it if there could be a larger variety of booth skins. What about skins with a Holiday theme. We’re having a Halloween Party, but there isn’t really a skin that has a Halloween Theme. Would be a great addition to this App.

I can not get my pictures to fit properly. I've changed the picture size a couple times on the settings but my prints are still printing way to large on my 4x6 paper. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I highly doubt it

For $40 I should not have the developers advertising on emails sent out at my photo booth event. FYI: there's no way to change it. Not enough customization, landscape mode seems like it would work but it doesn't. All the photos end up horizontal on a vertical template. You don't know that until you shoot horizontal. I emailed the developer, no response. Seriously, for $40 this is a $0 app.

I was hesitant to pay so much at first without knowing how it worked inside. However, it was super easy to use, fun to personalize, and printing was really easy too! We mounted our iPad on a tripod and set up a backdrop and viola, photobooth fun!!!

I downloaded this app to use as a Photo Booth for a graduation party. This is the most amazing Photo Booth app I have ever used. It does everything that I need it to do including printing, saving, and sharing. The support for this photo booth app is more than great! The team that created this app has quick response time, great recommendations, and excellent troubleshooting. I definitely recommend downloading this app it is well worth the money and is way better than any other photo booth app I have used. I look forward to future updates and upgrades to this app!! This app was incorrectly advertised. Many features that were in the description ended up being misleading and/or non-functional. I see I'm not the first person to comment on this in the reviews. First off, the online gallery is very hard to find as there is no support or login for it on the developers webpage. I emailed them and they pointed out to me where it was, and although I did find it, its with a completely different third party company that isn't mentioned in the description. There shouldn't be a need to sign up for another service when it is advertised as part of this app's service in the description. In addition, theres nowhere for guests to view or edit or share their photos when in "lockout" mode, which is the mode you're supposed to use when the event is running. Theres an auto print but that's all. There’s also no option to use a custom template for the printed photos. The app description advertises booth skins, but of course anyone who wants a photo booth wants to be able to skin the printout. No one cares what the actual skin of the screen looks like. It was very misleading. An app that charges 40 bucks should definitely have a trial option, but the app description was so convincing that it seemed it had everything needed to function properly. Refund requested.

Purchased the expensive version for the option to lock out settings. Not only does it lock setting but it also locks the ability of guests to email their pictures. They cannot access the gallery at all. Extremely disappointed that I wasted my money for this inaccurately described feature.

People have so much fun when I bring my iPad and printer and my photo booth props. I have been the life of a few parties now. :-)

Not enough customizable options for $40. No social media access either, unlike the 99 cent iphone version.

The background selection is a solid color. Not much selection. No options for themes. There aren't many options for photo layout, or captions. There are a few layouts with captions, and only one line of text with choices for fonts. You have to be on a wifi network to use a printer. Wifi Direct does not work.

I purchased this app to create a photobooth to use for our non-profit organzation. It does everything I want it to and more! I customize it for each event and every loves it. I actually custom built a locked box to hold the ipad and I never have to worry about the security. I would love to be able to upload customized skins and also create separate URLs for different events but other than that, I couldn't be happier!!!!

A real disappointment. Was looking forward to a lockable app my guests could use but in lock mode you can't view, save, print or share photos. Wish I could get a refund!

Just updated. Loads half of the pics and then says try again. Over and over again. Need this app!

In 2015, I purchased this app ($39.99) for a Halloween party. People took pics but the email wouldn't work "bummer but no problem" I thought. I'll just get all the 100+ email addresses and email them all the link. Not ideal but what other choice is there? Skip to early 2016, when there is an update for this app - looks like they fix a lot of complaints. Downloaded it again, had another Halloween party and what do you know? The emails don't work again. Nice job, pulled another one over on me - this time I don't even have the outgoing emails to send them the link. Save your $40 - Don't buy this app, don't put a lot of faith in it if you do. Save your money and use the Apple Photobooth and the Apple email.

I don't write reviews often, but I had to make an exception for this app. It's AWESOME. In it lies everything you need to rival a professional photo booth. I hooked up my iPad to a preview monitor so guests could see what the people taking the photo were seeing (via a Lightning to HDMI adapter). The themes and font options are great, and it lets you configure printing via AirPrint. (My printer doesn't have AirPrint, but since I have a laptop connected to it, as long as the computer was on, it allows the iPad to print through it.) Automatic printing as soon as a photo is taken is killer. Super convenient and it was a hit at my party.

The app has this man screen where you add a title and it shows at the top i.e. "Wedding" and it has a cute background. However, your actual photos have a super PlAIN background and there is no header at the top. You can chose to put a header at the bottom. The app is Ok and I think way too expensive for limited background themes. Plus you cannot add your own background.

It is a really good app you can customize many things. Also you can make it so people stay on the app and cannot wonder on to your other stuff. Change the skin, many cool features. People at parties love the app! ***The only thing is save the pictures to your camera roll or another site, something went wrong with the app and I had to delete a re-download the app making me loose all the pictures. I have a few people wanting their pictures but the are all gone 😢 even if they email the pictures prior the link is now broken***

If you combine this app with an iPad Pro (with the enhanced front camera), a tripod, and a small wifi photo printer you're going to have a good time. I got all three originally for the baby shower for my wife, but ended up trying it out by bringing it to my classroom today. The seniors loved it. I ended up taking dozens and dozens of photos and everyone was amazed by how simple and easy it was. Great app.

You can only use this app when the iPad is in portrait position. If you switch to landscape, the photo viewer will work appropriately but the print outs come out with pictures that are upside down. it actually works great and portrait.

I cannot print from this app. It cuts off the photos, also online where it saves it not super user friendly. I would like to be able to share with my guests but getting to the website is a super long name and hard to find. This app does save to photos and from there it prints ok. I am not sure why it won't print correctly from the app. I have been trying to get this to work for days and am extremely frustrated. If I could print or go look these pictures up somewhere I would give this 5 stars.

We used it for a school dance! Our pictures are priceless and the quality is excellent!!!!!! Love love love!

Used this for our 7-year-old's birthday party this weekend and it was the hit of the party! Tons of fun and an easy party favor.

Love that the app has several layouts including one that prints 2 strips on one 4x6" paper. Since I am going to use unattended at a wedding, love that you can lock the iPad screen on the app. Love that you can send to the printer, the web and print automatically at the same time. I had problem printing on 4x6 paper on my HP Officejet Pro. Contacted the developer and he responded quickly. He researched the problem and gave me instructions on how to change the printers default settings. Now it works perfect! I am looking forward to using the app at all my functions in the future. Purchased an iPad adapter for my tripod. The price is well worth it.

I love this app, it works perfectly on my iPad 2! :D I can customize the text, booth skin, and photo filters. It automatically saves my pictures to my photo library and, if you choose, the web, so guest can view and print from the site. However, it would be even better if sharing it to fb messenger worked. Whenever I clicked on it, a message will pop up stating,”Couldn’t Load content: there was a problem loading content. Please try again.” Besides that, the app works fabulously! Can’t wait until I use it for my wedding! :D

I absolutely love this app. It is just as good as the professional isit and simple booth apps but instead of costing $200-$300 it's only $40 You can use printopia on a Mac with a dyesub printer for fast prints and even the $80 Epson xp250 works well. Ironically the photo inkjet air printers were painfully slow because AirPrint quality wasn't adjustable Don't rent a $800 booth for your next event just buy this app, a printer and some very very bright led lights for best results

I was in charge of the PhotoBooth for my daughter’s wedding (they had to give me something I could do). I did quite a bit of research. PhotoBooth services are really expensive, so I figured there must be some good iPad apps out there that do this. I looked and tried a lot of them. Turns out most of them are junk. Many of them crash a lot. Most of them don’t have the immediate posting to a website that we were looking for (we preferred this over printing up a bunch of pics that people just throw away.) Many require you bring your own online storage (dropbox). There are some “professional” versions out there, but they are very expensive apps. This app is not what I would call cheap either, as apps go (not sure why it’s so hard/expensive to do this kind of app.). However, this app worked as promised and was worth the money to remove the worry and hassle.. It was easy to set-up. It has a decent amount of layouts and backgrounds (I would like to see an option to add your own though). It never crashed. It provided the gallery of images on a website. I converted the url it provided by using bit.do to something custom. I set up a mac on a table for people to view their pictures immediately so they could email or tweet or whatever. As I was considering this app and after purchasing it, I contacted them a few times by email. Each time, I had a very nice and thorough response within the hour. We figure with this app, a decorated background, some props, the iPad mount for the trip-pod, we spend ~$100. Much cheaper than a service. It was hassle-free. And people had lots of fun.

I used this app for a kid's party. It was a huge hit. Very simple to use. I would like to see more photo layout options and some different fonts for the text. Also easy to print using a wireless printer. I will be using this app for all occasions!
